Raw mangoes, traditionally pounded  red chilli powder,mustard seeds powder, fenugreek powder, salt, cold-pressed groundnut oil. No vinegar, no artificial preservatives.

Raw mangoes are hand-washed, hand-cut into uniform pieces, mixed with traditionally pounded chilli, mustard, and fenugreek in exact traditional proportions. Cold-pressed groundnut oil is added and the batch is sealed and prepared using traditional Indian pickling method for a minimum of 7 days before packing.
